Well I am a busy girl these days! Yesterday, 3rd June, I was invited by the lovely Haidee Watson (that is her in the photo with Hum) from Hum’s accountants, http://www.adcockfinancial.co.uk to a BNI meeting in Nottingham.
BNI is a Business Networking Referral Organisation and I was invited to attend so Hum (human Mum) could tell everyone about Have Dog Can Travel and meet other local business people who support one another.
We were made very welcome at the venue, The Poppy and Pint in West Bridgford and it was a great meeting (I was super well behaved) where we met some really lovely people:
The wonderful Cathy Higgins from Oehlers photography who took the photos posted on here. I hope she can do some shots of me for my modelling agency website! Hum’s photography just doesn’t do me justice!
The lovely Ramsey Pigott from Your Computer Department who kept Hum up to speed with the meeting and might just be able to sort her IT (not an easy task!)
The very sweet Hannah Bullock from Pulse Customised Clothing who I want Hum to keep in touch with so that when business takes off we can get my doggie pals special HDCT Blankies printed to take to our listed hotels!
The absolutely brilliant Shamshad Walker from Shamshad Walker marketing who is going to help me with my Social Media management and dealing with Google (all so new to a dog like me)!
Anyway it was great and we may well visit again to update everyone. In the meantime we will be visiting Shamshad soon and always pop in to say ‘hello’ to Haidee when in the village.
Tired now – another busy day today – it is my birthday! will share photos from that with you tomorrow!
