After our time in the Park at Hardwick Hall, Hum took me to the Hardwick Inn for a snack.
As dogs, we have a special door to go through – to the right of the main entrance; this leads to 2 rather lovely cosy rooms where we are welcome. They have water bowls either side of the fireplace and it must be great in the winter to lounge by the fire.
We only had a snack – Hum chose the chefs homemade pate which was yummy but there were lots of people eating huge plates of Sunday Carvery roast dinner. Have told Hum that is what we will be having next time we visit. The Hardwick Inn specialises in good quality home cooked food so we will definitely be back. I just LOVE roast dinner!
