So here we are in the Golden Fleece in Wells-next-the-Sea in Norfolk. Hum has a caravan here and this is her favourite place to eat. I think because Izzy the Restaurant Manager and Steve the Landlord are just SO welcoming and friendly and do their best to put us on Hum’s favourite table in the back room by the fire. In fact from the very first time we came here we were made to feel really special and at home as is everyone. Nothing is too much trouble. Hum and her family say the food is excellent – the best fish and chips EVER, a great specials choice and freshly baked pizza! Add to that the fact they have a HUGE jar of dog biscuits on the bar counter and you can see why we can’t stay away J Photos of me in the front bar area perusing the menu to give Hum an idea of what I’d like to try and then in the back room comfy in front of the fire.
